Hello from the fertile crescent of the Bay Area. I and a couple other ladies are creating a dragon mascot for Windrush school. It's based on a Dickies zip-up worksuit and the headpiece is welded. Neither of these have been covered yet. The dragon is soon to grow its "skin" in the form of felt cut into scales which will be machine sewed on one by one. The headpiece will most likely be papier mache.... but could also be glued on fabric?

Any helpful opinions on 1) ventilation for the wearer 2) tips on good glues and supplies 3) piecing the headpiece and body together in a natural way.

Awesomeness. Dragons are obsession-worthy.
